We embarked on a creative journey to blend the essence of Hong Kong-style tea restaurants (茶餐廳) with the warmth of Sapporo, Japan. Our goal was to create a space that celebrates both cultures, where people can enjoy the delicious flavours of Hong Kong cuisine and the aromatic coffee at ChaCha10 (ちゃちゃテン).
Immersing ourselves in the nostalgia of eras past, we curated an ambiance that paid homage to the traditions of old-style tea restaurants. A touch of familiarity and emotional connection was evoked through the introduction of handwritten order slips, symbolising a bygone era where personal touches were treasured.
