Inheritance and transformation: from traditional to modern
In the old days, fishballs were sold at hawker stalls and were often considered as cheap and undervalued. Hui Kee strives to bring changes to the industry to alter such old perceptions. Withstanding the tides of time, Hui Kee has undergone several transformations, from a wooden hawker’s trolley selling handmade fishballs in the 50s to a homemade small retail shop, and further to the first automated meatball factory in Hong Kong with world recognised certifications, but still adheres to its original philosophy — providing the very best Hong Kong style meatballs to all customers.
