Weave a warm Christmas with love
To celebrate a colourful and environmentally-friendly Christmas, the installation in Nan Fung Place is created by the use of recycled wood and yarns under the collaboration with Novetex Textiles’ The Billie System, KPC and the local artist Zoe Siu. The Christmas trees built with presents crafted with a perfect combination of wooden texture and bright yarns become an outstanding piece of art, photogenic and add to the joy of celebration.
With the intricately weaved patterns on the handcrafted boxes and trees under the creative hands of Zoe, the decorations look different from different angles which is instagram worthy. The recycled wood and yarns collected from everywhere help spread warmth and love throughout the season. The materials are also recycled and reused after the event to promote sustainable development.
